That's because FUTUREFLEECE™ fabric technology optimises the balance of thermo-regulation, weight and packability in this extremely thin layer. And if you're carrying a backpack, seamless shoulders provide extra comfort without the bulk. Summit Series™ layers all work together for optimum performance in terms of breathability, insulation, weather resistance and moisture management.

Quick Drying - Wicking
Quick-drying fabric moves moisture to the surface to evaporate.
Colder Temperatures
Layer it on top of a sweat-wicking baselayer protect yourself from the elements with a windproof or waterproof shell.
Milder Temperatures
Pull it on over a moisture-wicking short or long-sleeve t-shirt when temperatures get chilly.
Close all fastenings
Before cleaning, turn your product inside out and close all Velcro® fastenings and zips to prevent accidental damage.
Slim fit
This garment fits close to the body for a more streamlined look.
Machine wash
Machine wash at 40°C or below with similar colours. To get the best performance out of your gear, wash it as often as necessary to remove impurities, such as sweat, dirt, campfire smoke and cooking odours.
Hang dry
Leave your garment to hang-dry naturally.

Materials are excellent — this is constructed from 90GSM Teijin Octa fleece (rebranded by TNF as 'Futurefleece'), so no surprise there. Build quality is classic TNF, in all the wrong ways — sloppy, inconsistent stitching and poor finish work. Fit is true to size, although I find the hood to fit a little loose relative to the rest of the piece. I would much prefer this in a hooded 1/2 zip pullover; the zipper on this will fail long before the rest of the piece is worn out, and a 1/2-zip would help with durability as well as weight.

I don't like this jacket at all. That's one of the problems by buying on ecommerce… it is very difficult to know exactly how is gonna be the product you're buying. A few comments below: 1. It is too expensive. 2. It don't have any lateral pockets 3. Extremely thin

So light weight I thought no way it'd keep me warm… but I was wrong, every morning as I head into my walk (40 degrees) it works perfect, after a mile it's zipped down, another mile, around my waist… then back on for the cool down.
