It's warm with a nice length and a beautiful brown colour but on my point of view is far too expensive for what it is. There's a few things that I particularly find not okay. For this price It could have better insulation in the pockets, another thing is instead of velcro which is always stucking in something I would prefer having some buttons, also the coat has a funny shape in the front like a balloon perhaps because it being so bulky. As I said, its a okay coat but I particularly wouldn't buy again I could find better one for half of the price. Far overpriced. Thanks

This jacket was literally bought for me 2 days ago, and I do like the design etc. however, as soon as I wear it I noticed the stuffings on the sleeves and back of shoulders were coming out. Went into North Face shop on Regent Street to see how they can resolve the issue. First of all they said it was lint I picked up! Then they said the down need settling and suggested I should wash and tumble dry it, this settling down period could take a couple of weeks, none the advise were included on the care labels, and If I'm still not happy with it then to bring it back for them to send it to their laboratory to test it before a decision could be made on how to resolve the issue which could take 2 weeks plus! Although the jacket was bought in the sale it's still expensive for the lack of customer service and I didn't appreciate the initial insinuation that I'd caused the problem, I had to really argue my case. I will give their advise a try, wash and tumble dry but all in all, not the quality I associate with the brand
