The head strap is too thin. They could have made the headband thicker to hug your head better.

Sigh. Tonight I just took the headlamp out of its packaging for the first time to test it before I depart on my trip tomorrow morning. While closing the latch after inserting the batteries the latch broke cleanly almost instantly with little to no force being applied to its while closing. It makes no sense, I am a person who is super gentle with gear, and to have it break so easily is shocking. I am kinda glad that it happened before and not during my trip. I submitted a warranty claim through Black Diamond, but I have been reading that BD has been denying these type of claims so people have resorted to 3D printing their own replacements. I am pretty upset to say the least.
