I bought these for my mom. She absolutely loves the ski socks and the fact they go up over the calves. This is her winter go to sock no matter where she is, if inside or out at a bonfire or walking around her feet stay toasty. I tend to have cold feet. I wondered why my feet stayed chilly with these socks. I thought these socks were almost or completely Wool. They have a large % of nylon. They keep my feet warm when worn with leather boots.
