Purchased as a gift. My entire order was MIA and no one knew what happened to it so had to reorder. Unfortunately the size I needed was OOS. Despite all the claims of being heavy duty, these mittens cannot even withstand typical -10 C (~14 F) Canadian weather for a few minutes before your fingers become unbearably cold. Really disappointing performance for something that costs almost $100. I will be reconsidering choosing The North Face as a brand I can count on in the future.
